Your information we save, and its usage

Mobile Phone Number:

Your mobile phone numbers are stored to our databases in following ways:

• Account registration

  • When you register your account, your phone number is saved to authorize your identity. Once you have authorized your identity with the help of the password sent to your mobile phone, you will be able to access your online account.

• Phonebook management

  • Your phonebook is maintained on your account. Its data is only used by the owner of a particular account. We will never use, sell or distribute your data to anyone. This data is used to show names in phonebook, when you are composing a sms or when sms are shown. Phonebook data is also used to send name along with the phone number when you receive email about sent or received sms.

• Compose SMS

  • You will have to provide the phone number when you are composing sms to someone. This number has to be used to send the sms to that person.

• Inbox/Outbox

  • All data in your inbox and outbox has phone numbers. These numbers can be accessed just by you and no one else. When you receive a sms, or your scheduled sms is sent, this number is also sent to you in your emails.

• Social status update

  • Your mobile phone numbers are saved to check and update the status of the right person who is sending the sms. Mobile numbers for each website (like facebook or twitter) are saved seperately.

Your phone number is NEVER used for sms marketing and/or we will never sell and/or share your phone number with anyone else.

Email address:

Your email address is saved with your username. It is just used when we have to send you an email regarding received sms or scheduled sms.

An update email about any new service on the website may be received not more than 3 emails a month. If you wish to deactivate the emailing, just reply to any email with a request and you will opt-out from future emailing.

IP Addresses:
We also store your IP address and it can also be provided to law enforcement agencies or can also be used to locate your identity by ourselves.

SMS Traffic:

All sms traffic is stored in our databases and regular backups are maintained. However, even our management is not able to see the data without the authority of CEO of the company. This authority is only provided if we suspect that there is some illegal or unethical activity going on with our account.

If any law enforcing agency inside Pakistan contacts us for the data, we will provide your data to them without any notification.

Your data is completely safe with us until and unless you do not do anything illegal.
